Restaurant Boban

Restaurant Boban cult Split gastronomic meeting place since 1973. year. Located near the tennis courts on Firule, has two parking lots and the capacity of 120 seats in air-conditioned hall and another eighty in a summer garden. The business philosophy is based on preserving the traditional Dalmatian cuisine, interwoven with new culinary trends. Of course, not neglected or offer meat delicacies, and the menu is enriched meat and fish dishes with Istrian truffles.
Special attention is given to the wine list, which numbers about 100 labels selected from the entire Croatian and Slovenian wines and the famous 10-odd world of wine. To nurture the culture of wine is one of the strategic objectives in the restaurant business Boban, you can consume all the top local and foreign bottled wine by the glass.


The restaurant has received numerous awards and recognitions are the most recent post Tourist Board of Split-Dalmatia County for the best restaurant in the county for 2004. year, and Vecernji list of best rated restaurant in central Dalmatia 2005th year.
Pets are a specialty of monkfish medallions wrapped in bacon.
